Develop and maintain a strong customer base within the mortgage arena. Consistently drive quality loan submissions through relationship management and inbound leads.

  • Take inbound calls
  • Build relationships
  • Generate new leads through a variety of methods (prospecting, references, etc.)
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of mortgage industry
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Duties
  • Prepares mortgage loan file by reviewing loan application; clarifying or obtaining additional information.
  • Confirms mortgage loan application information by mailing verification forms; contacting verification sources.
  • Obtains mortgage loan documentation by ordering credit report, appraisal, title, and related information.
  • Keeps information accessible by sorting, organizing, and filing documents.
